  1. Place the berries, sugar and water in a small pan and gently heat until the sugar has dissolved and raspberries have softened without allowing the mixture to boil.
  2. Remove from the heat, allow to cool a little then zap in a food processor or with a stick blender for a few seconds until smooth.
  3. Push the mixture through a sieve and discard the seeds. Refrigerate until required
