Recipe Notes

I use Angas Park Fruit Medley . Or you can use a mixture of chopped dried fruit of your choice. Start off with half a can of condensed milk. If  the balls hold their shape easily, you wont need the entire 2/3 of a can. If not, add extra a little at a time until they form a ball. Shaping the balls can sometimes be a little tricky. I recommend you do this near a cold water tap. Keep your hands slightly damp and squeeze gently as you shape the balls.
